For our upcoming 2008 Tours:

Excursion Packages:
Trekker: This trip requires that people possess good camping skills, can bring all their own camping equipment (we can assist with some items) and food, but are not familiar with the Gila or its wildlife and would like guided assistance on organized daily hikes. $65/day

Explorer: A fully outfitted camping excursion designed for people who are looking for an outdoor experience without the complications of organizing food and daily activities. Includes guide support, camping gear and cooked meals. $155/day

Vacationer: A lodge-based style of tour tailored to provide quality sleeping accommodations and meal service integrated with daily organized and guided outdoor activities. $255/day

Reservations:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount due is required in order to secure your reservation.  The balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash and personal checks.  Prices listed include NM state tax.

Cancellations:

We appreciate early notification if your travel plans change.  There will be a fee of $25 non-refundable fee when given at least 60 day notice. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days but more than 45 days in advance will be charged 50% of the remaining deposit.  For cancellations made with less than 45 days advance notice, the entire deposit will be retained.

Special refund consideration will be given if we are able to fill the cancelled spot on the same trip.
